GoWags is committed to stepping up the game of baseball in CENTRAL PA. Athletes will have every opportunity available to realize their potential.
In order to meet the growing demand for personal baseball instruction and intense baseball specific power training, a program has been designed to FINE TUNE the mechanics and BUILD THE ENGINE.

Personal Baseball Instruction
Each member will have access to semi-private baseball training sessions in a small group format. Sessions will have a “lesson” type feel but will allow your child a chance to compete against his peers. These 60-90 minute sessions will be led by either Bret or Kyle Wagner.

Kyle Wagner – Catcher, California Angels organization; 12 years college and high school coaching experience.
Intense Baseball Specific Power Training
A more powerful baseball player is a better baseball player. No matter how sound the mechanics of hitting and throwing, there’s no substitute for a strong engine.
Dr. Robert Gorinski, (DOCTOR OF PHYSICAL THERAPY, CERTIFIED STRENGTH AND CONDITIONING SPECIALIST), has created a baseball-specific power training system that will condition the ATHLETES BODY TO GENERATE MAXIMAL POWER.
Safe and effective for children of all ages, this system is designed to grow with the athlete. From body weight exercises for youth players to overload plyometric exercises AND INTENSE WEIGHTLIFTING for our more advanced players, ALL ATHLETES WILL CREATE NEW LIMITS.

Consistent feedback provides motivation to help reach your training goals. ALL RELEVANT TRAINING PARAMETERS ARE RECORDED AND ENTERED INTO OUR DATABASE. The athlete will be able to track his progress online and see how he compares to other athletes his / her age.
