GoWags general policies
Q: Do I need to make an appointment to
use your facility?
A: Yes, GoWags is not a batting cage. Please call and make an
appointment to use our facility.
Q: Can I make an appointment to rent
space and not use any of your services?
A: Yes, You can call and reserve a tunnel for $30/45 min.
Q: Can I request an instructor?
A: No. Although we will try to accommodate your preference, we
cannot guarantee it. While we each have different personalities, we
all teach the same core principles.
Q: When is payment rendered?
A: Payment must be rendered prior to using our facility. For members
signing up for packages, a monthly payment schedule can be set up.
Q: Are payment plans available?
A: For all of the packages (Individual and Team) you can decide to sign
up for our ACH payment plan. This will allow you to schedule regular monthly deductions
right from your checking account. The payment plan is only available using the ACH
method of payment.
Q: How does ACH work?
A: You must fill out a simple worksheet giving us your checking account
number and bank routing information. We decide on a monthly payment amount and that
will be debited from your account on the first or fifteenth (your choice) of each
month. Minimum ACH amount is $100.
Q: Do you accept credit cards?
A: Yes. Visa, Mastercard, and Discover will be accepted
Q: Is weightlifting appropriate for young children?
A: Yes. In fact, both the American Academy of Pediatrics and the
American Academy of Sports Medicine recommend strength training
for children as young as six years old.

Q: Do you do birthday parties?
A: Yes. In fact, GoWags is a great place to host a birthday
party. We can take down our dividers and open up the place for home
run derby and other various hitting and pitching competitions. $200
for our standard birthday package. 2 hours for 10 kids or less.
Includes a Bruster's ice cream cake. $250 for our premium birthday
package. Includes a Bruster's sundae bar where the kids can make
their own sundae's.
